Hi! I'm Britt Ritchie,

a doctorate-prepared integrative psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes true healing happens when we look at the whole person—not just symptoms. I combine traditional psychiatry with modern, holistic tools to help you move beyond the cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and burnout so you can reclaim your confidence, energy and joy.

My journey into psychiatry is deeply personal—shaped by growing up with a loved one affected by mental illness, and by navigating my own experiences with depression, social anxiety, undiagnosed ADHD, and dyscalculia. For years, I appeared high-functioning on the outside, but inside I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and held back from reaching my potential. Like many of the women I now work with, I lived in survival mode—constantly pushing through exhaustion, imposter syndrome, and perfectionistic pressure, unsure why it all felt so hard.

Healing didn’t come from a single prescription or a quick fix. It took perseverance, therapy, and a deep commitment to physical and mental wellness to turn my struggles into steppingstones. That journey—of finally understanding why I felt the way I did—is what inspired the root-cause approach I use today.

My philosophy isn’t abstract—it’s lived. I now help self-aware, high-achieving women untangle the hidden patterns beneath their anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout—and reconnect with the calm, clarity, and confidence they’ve been searching for.

Through comprehensive evaluations, integrative medicine, and evidence-based strategies, I help women reclaim their energy, self-trust, and purpose—so they can stop second-guessing themselves and start living fully, with confidence from the inside out.
