Clarity Call:

A 45-Minute Mental Health Mini Consultation

Starting 5/1/25: I offer two complementary 45-minute Clarity Calls each month for women in Colorado who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out—and want thoughtful, root-cause insight into what’s actually going on. You'll also get to experience what it’s like to work with me.

Because it’s time to stop pushing through—and start feeling like yourself again.

In 45 Minutes, You'll Get:

A safe space to talk through one issue that’s been bothering you (anxiety, burnout, ADHD, etc.).
My initial impressions based on what I hear (no diagnosis, just insight).
One or two personalized next steps you can take right away.
A chance to see if we’re a good fit—no pressure, no commitment.

This Is For You If:

You’ve tried therapy, medication, or lifestyle changes—and still feel stuck.
You want a provider who looks deeper than symptoms.
You’re not ready to dive into full care, but you’re curious what’s possible.

What This Call Isn’t:

To make sure we're on the same page, here’s what this complementary Clarity Call is not:

It’s not a psychiatric evaluation or formal mental health treatment.
It doesn’t create a patient-provider relationship.
It’s not intended for emergency or crisis situations.
It’s a one-time offer—just one Clarity Call per person—ever.
It’s available only to Colorado residents due to licensing regulations.

This call is a space for thoughtful reflection, gentle insight, and a first step toward clarity.
If we decide we’re a good fit, we can absolutely talk about what working together might look like.
